Emerge Skill Community Launch! (Connect Businesses with Students for Entry Level Jobs)

We are launching EmergeSkill in Greater Cadillac Area! Come listen to a presentation on EmergeSkilled and find out how you and your students/Business can help bridge the gap for our future workforce.

Emerge Skilled enables students to create a profile that showcases their skills and experience. Students can then use the tool to explore career paths that align with their interests and abilities, and identify potential employers or continuing education. The tool uses sophisticated algorithms to match student profiles with opportunities, making it easier for students, employers and educators.

 It also has options for seasonal work, internships and job shadowing. It is a tool for employers to build their local talent pipeline now and into the future. Employers create a profile and then students will create a profile to connect them. This is the first step in a 3-part process to bring back a Regional Job Fair in the spring of 2025.
