46th Governor's Breakfast-April 12th

Description

The Annual Governor’s Breakfast is a ceremonial tradition of hosting the Governor for 46 years in the Cadillac Area. The event includes the Governor addressing the future workforce with encouragement and support. The event includes honoring members of the region, and well as formal programing.

There is an attendance of about 1,000 members, 600 of them including students from Cadillac Area Public Schools, Cadillac Innovation High School, Charlevoix Area Public Schools, Frankfort Public Schools, Benzie County Public Schools, Lake City Area Schools, Manton Consolidated Schools, Marion Public Schools, McBain Rural Agricultural Schools, Mesick Consolidated Schools, Northern Michigan Christian School, Pine River Area Schools; Bear Lake High School; Kaleva Norman Dickson High School; and Gaylord Public Schools so far. The additional 400 attendees include business leadership from diverse industry base; local government entities; regional state representation; Northern Michigan Chamber Alliance; Governor’s Staff; Caitlyn M Stark (Chamber), NMCA, MI Chamber Representation, and US Chamber Representation.
