Registration Opens: 8 a.m. Tee off time: 9 a.m. at Lakewood\, 9:30 a.m. at Country Club. Each course winner will play off at a selected hole at the host course following 18 holes played. Reception to follow at the host course\, lunch included. Theme: Luau.
